Guests or agents may modify or cancel their reservation free of charge up to 15 days prior to the arrival date. For cancellations made within 15 days of the arrival date, a charge equivalent to 100% of the total cost of the stay will apply.
We strive to process refunds within 30 days of booking cancellation. However, in some cases, the refund timeline may extend beyond this period, depending on the booking source.
•Direct Bookings: If you booked directly through our hotel, refunds will be processed as per our standard timeline.
•OTA (Online Travel Agency) Bookings: If your reservation was made through an online travel agency (OTA), please refer to the cancellation policy stated in your booking voucher and contact the respective OTA for refund-related inquiries.
